Morning Whisper

" Let my teaching fall like rain and my words descend like dew, like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants. "

Deuteronomy 32:2

The writer of this book possessed a keen understanding of both nature and learning. When a torrent of rain falls to the earth, most of it is lost in run-off and very little soaks in. Yet when a gentle persistent shower bathes the landscape, nurturing moisture is received.

Often a pastoral approach to the struggles on our journey finds open hearts more than the weight of dogma.
